I never thought I'd be saying this but...
A biker royally pissed me off today! He was going the wrong way up a one-way street in the bike lane at night with no lights and almost smacked right into me. I swore after him but he just kept on going as if it were no big deal. I'll admit I take liberties with the traffic code periodically but this guy was just asking for trouble!

Biking up Mt. Tam
Several months ago my friend James, an avid cyclist, suggested that we bike up Mt. Tam. We finally pulled it off today, along with our friend Yvonne and my roommate Paul. The peak is slightly over 2500 feet and I normally hate biking uphill so this was a major feat for me. All told it was slightly over 50 miles of biking to get there and back, making it the longest bike ride I've ever been on. As you might expect, I'm quite exhausted. My favourite part of the trip was the descent, which felt like a series of adrenalin rushes.
